5. Fees and Payments

Art Collective charges a commission on each sale. All fees are clearly disclosed at the time of listing or purchase. Payment processing is handled securely through our third-party payment providers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Art Collective, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Art Collective or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

Art Collective is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers. We provide the platform but do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms
